Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Age 16 and up
Whether you’re brand new or experienced, our Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class is the perfect place to train. This class follows a structured curriculum designed by Ray and Rachel Casias to guide you through the entire BJJ system — one step at a time.
Each month, we focus on a specific position, exploring different techniques and options to build a solid foundation. You’ll be learning in a safe, supportive, and friendly environment.
Classes are one hour long and include warm-ups, technique, and live rolling (sparring). Two nights a week students will wear a uniform called a Gi, and don’t worry — we’ve got extras to borrow until you’re ready to grab your own!
The other two nights are no-gi and is a great way to complement your Gi training. You’ll follow the same curriculum as the Gi program, but with modifications tailored to the No-Gi ruleset and style.
To participate, you’ll need a tight-fitting shirt or rashguard and shorts without pockets for safety.
Jiu Jitsu is an amazing way to stay in shape, build confidence, and learn a life-changing skill. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything — nobody starts off knowing everything. Just bring a great attitude and the willingness to learn, and you’ll fit right in.
Don’t wait — try a class today and start your journey!

Our kids are the future — and if we don’t guide them well, we’re doing them a disservice.

In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, your child will learn wrestling, judo, and BJJ — all of which develop the ability to defend themselves.
What is BJJ? It’s a ground-based fighting system that uses leverage and technique — not striking — to subdue larger opponents.Kids will learn both the self-defense and sport aspects of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
