Adult (Age 16+) Open Mat BJJ
Join us for Open Mat every Sunday at 3:00 PM— open to all schools and affiliations. This is a great opportunity for BJJ students to get extra training, live rolling, and drilling time with a variety of partners. Whether you’re working Gi or No-Gi, you’re welcome to train in whatever best supports your goals — both are always allowed.
These three sessions are intended for adult and teen students only, to maintain a focused training environment.
Come ready to roll, meet new friends, and gain valuable experience on the mats!
